I retain all copyright to my work unless otherwise negotiated, including the ability to post any version of the work to any social media as I see fit. I may or may not tag the commissioner, but I will not indicate the character as mine unless it is my character.My work may not be used for commercial purposes at this time without legal negotiation.
This includes but is not limited to NFTs, or any form of AI.
Any use of my work for theft including for NFTs or AI will be subject to legal recourse and you forfeit your use to the artwork.Non-payment will result in blacklisting and any communications as I see fit.I reserve the right to update these terms at any time.P r o c e s s
I will not request payment until I have accepted and am ready to work on your commission.I will not start working on your commission until I have received payment.You may ask for updates at any point in the process. If I don't respond after a day or two, please feel free to send another inquiry and I will try to message you back promptly.You may request one large change after the final sketch is approved (such as a pose change) and otherwise every change thereafter will be $5. This does not include small details like a color change, adding a ring, etc, and is intended to make folks make those changes in the easiest stage of correction (sketches).You are allowed to use your commission for other commissions (no AI) or as an icon for any website without asking. Credit is appreciated but not required.You are allowed to fully repost the image to your social medias, but please do ensure to credit me and link back to my page.Work must be paid for up to completion.
If reimbursement is requested, I will reimburse up to the level of completed work.
Ex: If you request lineart and wish to be reimbursed before it is complete and I have completed the sketch, I can reimburse you for the amount over a finished sketch.I will not accept requests for reimbursement after work has been completed.
